It’s been there the whole time, waiting for you to hear her speak. It exists inside of you, it’s not something you have to seek outside of yourself. Wisdom tells me who to trust, when to set boundaries, what to pay attention to, how to have fun, when to say no, and yes – wisdom is an endless source of internal power that you can tap into. Over time, the more you tune into wisdom, the voice will get stronger and more confident. All you have to do is be silent and listen to the voice of wisdom – it might be quiet at first, barely a whisper as it’s not used to be being heard. Wisdom can be such a powerful resource – an endless supply of positive and grounding energy that will guide you through all of life’s challenges. Combine these two and you have the secret recipe to growing wisdom in your life.

The magic power of wisdom is your self-awareness of your values, wants, and needs – on one hand, while holding the reflection of your past experiences on the other hand. All those experiences that you’re running from are the very experiences that hold hidden gold to grow wisdom. When we give shame and guilt storytelling power, we lose the ability to find our strength, resilience, and courage in the past. We often want to forget our past mistakes, we allow shame and guilt to tell the story of our past mistakes or decisions. Your best way to grow wisdom is to use your past experiences to guide how you discern what’s in front of you. A wise decision in your life will be specific to you, your life, your wants, and your needs – wisdom isn’t stagnant nor objective, although we speak about it as if it is. Wisdom is subjective in nature, what’s good for you isn’t necessarily good for another person.
